Our meals are not only healthy and fresh but raise the bar for modern day meal prep by incorporating new and exciting flavors. We offer a preset menu as well as customization options."


Pre-Order ahead of time & pay online. Once payment is received, you must then submit your menu options to info@sweatchallenge.com They will be delivered to Sweat Sunday evening and ready for pick up the following Monday! 



This Week's Menu

Garlic Parmesan Chicken  roasted chicken breast topped with garlic Parmesan mix, with a side of penne pasta over spinach and tomato sauce.
Green Chile Chicken  shredded chicken mixed with a green chile sauce, corn, and black bean salsa.
Beef and Broccoli lean tri-tip steak with oven charred broccoli, brown rice, and our house firecracker sauce ($2 extra).
Turkey Chili Bowl seasoned turkey in our house chili with tomatoes, onion, red potato, topped with cheese.
Limited Protein Pancakes peanut butter protein pancakes with peanut butter & chocolate chips, turkey bacon, and our honey based syrup.
Vanilla Proats overnight oats in almond milk with vanilla whey, chia seeds,  honey, cranberries, and almonds  (450 calories/35 grams of protein/34g of carbs/8g of fat).
