Enter the SWEAT Fitness Challenge and take the first step toward losing weight and achieving a healthier lifestyle and the body you’ve always wanted. The Sweat Fitness Challenge is designed to take overweight clients through a 12-week journey of physical progress. The program includes 36 small group training sessions, 12 boot camps and 3 months of Sweat Drop meal replacement shakes. There is a new challenge 4 times a year or at the start of every quarter in January, April, July and October. You have until the 15th of those months to join. The program is for all fitness levels.
