Weekend Boot Camps:

When?  Every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00-7:00 am, unless posted differently on the Sweat Calendar.  Please click on http://www.sweatchallenge.com/calendar.php the Sweat Calendar for the updated schedule on the boot camps.

Where? Anthem Park (park at the train parking lot)

Info:  All fitness levels are welcome and all ages above 12 years (with parental permission).  The highly qualified and certified Sweat personal trainers will lead the groups and provide all the equipment.  Clients are put into 3 different groups, according to fitness level.  You will alternate with upper body, lower body and core stations and end with plyometric exercises.  This is a fun, yet very challenging workout!  It's a great way to start your weekend and stay accountable! 

How much?  $10 in advance (cash/all major credit cards/check) or $15 at the door.

What to bring: a towel, plenty of water, determination and completed membership application, if this is your first time at Sweat.
