TONING CHALLENGE
Enter the Sweat Toning Challenge today! This program is designed for those that are already near or at their goal weight. Whether you have been an athlete your entire life or you are just naturally a thinner person, the Toning Challenge is going to set a new bar for you and get you in the best shape of your life! The goal is to build lean muscle mass and lose body fat. Through weightlifting, cardio and proper diet, your body composition will change to create a leaner physique. During the 12-week journey, clients will participate in 36 small group training sessions, 12 boot camps and will incorporate the Sweat Drop protein shakes into their diets.
