4 Anthem

4 Anthem Sweat Challenge – February 5th – March 30th

Enjoy teamwork, health, and LIFE through a group fitness challenge and support local families in need!

What’s included?

  • Create a team of 4 or we’ll help put you in a group
  • 8 week challenge
  • Includes: Body Analysis (Body fat and measurements both before and after), 24 small group training sessions, 8 boot camps, 2 cases of shakes, and 23 Club (food diary and nutritional support with Sweat trainer, Carla Scully)
  • Each team member can choose their own workout schedule but the team’s weekly weigh in results will be calculated as a group
  • All team members will be required to raise a minimum of $100 to donate to the following families: Katie Wagner and Bill Coleman. (Entire money raised will be split and given to the two families.) Money can be raised by getting Pledge per Pound Lost or Pledge per Body Fat Lost. Donations are due on March 30th.
  • Cost $750 or $375/month per person (50% off retail package) Save $50 if you pay in full when signing up.

Disclaimer to existing Sweat clients: All teams of 4 must include 2 new Sweat clients. (Clients that have been away from Sweat for 6 months or more.) Clients may freeze their existing package for these 2 months and resume package at the end of 4 Anthem challenge as long as they are not already in a current Sweat challenge.
