Sweat Blast Class

This one-hour class is considered "old-school" Sweat.  This is an extremely popular class with high intensity, circuit-style and cardio-based exercises that will definitely get your heart rate up and your body fat down!

Sweat Spin
Mon 5 am & 6 pm, Wed 5 am and Sat 8:30 am
This one-hour class with spin instructor, Todd Hoeder is 100% spin, fat blasting and great for all fitness levels.  This is a great class for beginners and advanced athletes.

Body Attack
Friday 5 am with Kendall
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Arms & Abs
Tue 6 pm with Kendall
If defined arms & abs are what you are after, this class is for you!  Just like the name implies, the entire hour is devoted to sculpting your biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs!  Using everything from hand weights to your own body weight, a variety of training principles will be used to get the results you are looking for!  Warning:  You may find yourself ripping off the sleeves of your shirts to show off your new, well-defined arms!

Kick Box Class
Thur 6 pm with Kendall
This kickboxing class is a great cardio workout that combines several martial art disciplines such as boxing, karate and Muay Thai.  Your entire body will get worked out and defined through punches, kicks and core stabilization required to execute the moves properly.  Careful....one class may just unleash your inner Bruce Lee.
