BOOT CAMP
The Sweat Boot Camp offers individuals an incredible weekend training option that is extremely affordable! For just $10 a boot camp, you will receive an awesome, all-body workout that focuses on core, strength drills, plyometrics, cardio and motivation in a large group atmosphere. Whether you are very new to exercise or an extreme athlete, the boot camp will allow you to get a great workout at your level. Sweat Boot Camp is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 7-8 am at the gym. Once the weather gets warmer, the time will change to 6am.
