About Sweat:

SWEAT, A ROGERS LLC was created by Josh and Laura Rogers in 2005 to share a strong passion in living a healthy lifestyle with their community. It is the vision of Sweat to bring knowledge, lifestyle change, commitment and enjoyment of incorporating healthy choices and positive results which only better one's self image.

It is Sweat's mission to bring a unique approach in athletic training, focus on relationships with our clients, bring a positive experience to one's fitness pathway, inspire our members and friends with unrivaled energy and provide the finest customer service and fitness knowledge by staying up to date on health trends and breakthroughs. This will allow our clients to achieve their individual potential and success. Our goal at Sweat is to provide the best possible service and personalized programs that will satisfy each client's goals and design them according to their current health, physical condition, and overall lifestyle.

CONTESTS:  In the Sweat Fitness and Toning Challenges, Sweat incorporates a competitive arena for their clients. Contestants are given a structured diet program and train at Sweat for the duration of the contest 3 times a week and attend a boot camp on the weekends. This accountability is proven over and over to gain the fastest momentum with positive results for each individual. The Sweat Fitness Challenge was developed for those that need to lose weight.  The participants come from all different backgrounds, ages and fitness levels. Some contestants want to lose 120 pounds and others may need to lose 10 pounds. With the versatile combination of Sweat trainers and the structred diet, the SFC can virtually help all clients on their individual aspirations. The Toning Challenge was created for those individuals that are very close or at their goal weight and their main focus is to reduce body fat and become leaner.  Each contest lasts 12 weeks and starts each quarter- January, April, July and October.  Before the contests start, clients are given a 30 minute consultation to go over all the details of the program, schedule workouts, make payment, go over their diet and goals and to receive their baseline measurements and statistics.  Clients get weighed, their body fat tested, 10 points of measurements taken and "before" pictures done for their file.  All this is done again at 6 weeks and 12 weeks to monitor results and progress.  Based on statistical difference, photos and commitment level, clients are awarded awesome prizes from many local business.  Check out the sponsor link for the full list of current sponsors.

BOOT CAMP:  Sweat offers another opportunity for clients to get in better shape. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the Sweat Boot Camp is held at the Anthem Park and is great for all fitness levels, ages and goals. Please join us this weekend to start the Sweat Boot Camp!  Boot camps are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.  We welcome all ages, starting at age 13, with parental permission.  Anyone can attend bootcamp, as long as you have filled out a Membership Application/Medical Release.  Email or call for more details.  We accept payment over the phone for the advanced discount.  There are 3 groups at boot camp and each client is put into a group, according to fintess level.  You will get a great all-body workout.  Please bring a towel and water!

PERSONAL TRAINING:  For those that want to start training during the middle of a contest or simply just don't want to be a contestant, we offer great personal training packages for our outside clients.  There are packages of 10 or 20 sessions.  Call for competitive rates!

MON-THUR        5 am- 10 pm

FRI                      5 am- 9 pm

SAT                     8 am- 1 pm

SUN                    8 am- 12 pm

SCHEDULING:  Sweat offers convenience in every way!  Call now to find out our flexible scheduling packages.  We can work around anyone's craziest and busiest lifestyle.  We understand the importance of family and work obligations and will always keep our client's needs in mind.  Sweat does honor a 24 hour policy or a "no-show" can be granted by management.  We ask that our clients communicate with us within 24 hours of a missed session, so that we can reschedule accordingly.
