“Even though our community has a free gym, and has trainers, I wanted targeted workouts to both lose weight and tone.  SWEAT offered this in a small group session, which provided focused personal training at a very reasonable price with scheduling flexibility.  More importantly, they LISTENED to me, crafted a program that has helped me lose weight and improve my overall energy level.  The trainers create sessions where all of us help and support each other.  We’re accountable to ourselves but also to the people we work out with.  It’s positive without the “drill sergeant” mentality or ‘cookie cutter” exercise routines.  Having gone to a number of gyms over the years with mixed results, I feel that the trainers really care – they take it personally and they make you want to succeed.”
